Vivo V7 with 5.7-inch 18:9 Display and 24MP Front Camera Launched
Vivo has introduced V7+ younger brother V7 in Indonesia, ahead of launch set in India on November 20. Like V7+, the V7 is also a selfie-focused smartphone and comes almost similar specs compare to V7+. It has the same 24-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash, Face Beauty 7.0, Face unlock and Portrait mode and a 16-megapixel rear camera with phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and LED flash.
The smartphone is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core (Unknown) Snapdragon SoC with 4GB of RAM. But, we can expect, V7 uses the same Snapdragon 450 SoC as it used on the V7+. It sports an 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The V7 offers 32GB expandable internal storage up to 256GB with microSD. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat OS based on FuntouchOS 3.2. It has a fingerprint sensor and it is powered by 3000mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and FM radio. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, proximity sensor, and virtual gyroscope.
The Vivo V7 comes in Matte Black and Gold colors and is priced at Rp 3,799,000 (Approx. $280 USD) in Indonesia and will go on sale from November 18. The pre-order has already been started from today in the country.
