Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) Launched in Indonesia With 3GB RAM
Samsung Galaxy J series 2017 was launched in Europe last month. The series included smartphones such as Galaxy J3 (2017), Galaxy J5 (2017) and the Galaxy J7 (2017). Following this Samsung launched the Galaxy J7 Pro and the Galaxy J7 Max smartphone. And now Samsung has launched Galaxy J5 Pro (2017).
The Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) is launched in Indonesia which is an upgraded version of the Galaxy J5 (2017). However, the price of Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) is yet to be revealed by company but it’s reported to be priced in Thailand at THB 9,990 (Approx INR 18,900).
Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) got 3GB of RAM coupled with 32GB of internal storage. This is the only upgrade from the Galaxy J5 (2017), which has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage space of the new smartphone can be further expandable upto 258GB via microSD card. Rest of other specs are same.
The Galaxy J series 2017 went through a notable design change. The Galaxy J5 Pro comes with a metal body sporting a Galaxy S7 like look. The Galaxy J5 Pro features a vertical camera module along with curved antenna bands running on the top and bottom part at the back.
The Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) features a same 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display. It is powered by octa-core Exynos 7870 processor. The Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) have an 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, and 13-megapixel front camera with f/1.9 aperture. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor, which is embedded in the home button.
Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) is powered by 3,000 mAh battery and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Samsung’s custom UI on top. It is available in Black, Blue, Pink and Gold color options.
