Nokia 2 Key Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch, Thanks to AnTuTu Listing
HMD Global is all set to introduce a new smartphone in India as HMD Global has scheduled launch event in India on October 31 at Delhi-NCR at 11:30. The company has not given any details regarding the device but the company claims that the new device will be the next milestone in Nokia smartphones. Which may indicate to bring Nokia 7 in India as it was launched earlier this month in China.
Besides the Nokia 7, HMD Global might also launch the Nokia 2 in a country which is in a rumor for a long time. The Nokia 2 would be a low-end smartphone than Nokia 3. Now, key specifications of the new smartphone of Nokia which mentions the codename Nokia TA-1035 have been leaked online via an Antutu listing, which is believed to be global variant of Nokia 2.
According to the listing, the Nokia 2 will have 720×1280 pixels resolution display that expected to come in 5-inch size. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 212 SoC with Adreno 304 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone would support up to 8GB of inbuilt storage and run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The Nokia 2 comes with a 8MP camera at the back and a 5MP camera at the front for selfies.
Nokia 2’s images leaked a few weeks ago by tipster Evan Blass shows a vertically placed back camera with LED flash, no home button and would have made out of plastic.
Recently a price of Nokia 2 leaked on USA retailer’s website B&H. The B&H listing has now deleted but it has suggested that Nokia is going to launch in the USA for the price of $99.
