Huawei Mate 10 Lite Prototype Confirms Quad-camera, 18:9 Aspect Ratio
Huawei is holding a launch event on October 16 in Berlin, where Huawei could introduce its three new flagship smartphones Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Lite.
Although, Huawei is going to launch its “Maimang 6” smartphone for its home country China on September 22. But according to tipster Evan Blass, Maimang 6 will be known as Mate 10 Lite for international markets.
Evan Blass also revealed the images of the smartphone which explicitly confirmes that Mate 10 Lite will be featured with 4 cameras (Two cameras each side). The image shows smartphone in Blue, Black and Gold colors.
According to leaks, the Mate 10 Lite has been codenamed “Rhone” and will have a 5.9-inch display with 1,080×2,160 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio makes 83% screen-to-body ratio. However, the base variant Mate 10 will come with a 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution.
It will have dual cameras on both side rear and front. The cameras are 16MP + 2MP on the rear and 13MP + 2MP on the front. The selfie cameras feature a two-person bokeh effect.
It will be powered by an octa-core Kirin 659 chipset with RAM 4GB of RAM. It will run on Android Oreo OS based on EMUI 5.1 and could be powered by 3340 mAh battery.
Mate 10 Lite is said to be priced €379 (Approx. $455 USD) for the 64GB variant.
